Internal Family Systems
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a psychotherapy approach that sees the mind as made up of distinct parts, each with its own role. It promotes healing by helping individuals understand and harmonize these parts through connection with their core Self.
EMDR Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an innovative form of psychotherapy designed to help individuals process and heal from traumatic memories and distressing life experiences.
Mindfulness
Designed to help individuals navigate life’s challenges more effectively, develop greater resilience in the face of stress and adversity, and foster lasting emotional well-being by promoting self-awareness, healthy coping strategies, and personal growth.

My Specialties
Internal Family Systems Therapy
Instead of trying to eliminate troubling behaviors or emotions, IFS encourages curiosity and compassion toward them, recognizing that all parts, even those causing distress, developed to protect you.
EMDR Therapy
EMDR therapy significantly improves the lives of individuals by helping them process and overcome traumatic experiences, leading to better mental and emotional well-being.
Mindfulness
Benefits of mindfulness are well-researched, with positive impacts on both physical and emotional health. Mindfulness skills integrated throughout treatment can help with developing self-compassion, lowering perceived stress, and improvements to sleep.
What is EMDR?
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a proven, powerful therapeutic approach that helps people process past traumatic memories, reducing their emotional charge. It is grounded in neuroscience and is especially effective for those suffering from PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other trauma-related disorders.
Through a gentle, step-by-step process, we will work together to identify and process the negative memories or beliefs you’ve been carrying. The goal is to integrate and reframe these experiences so they no longer control your life, making it easier to move forward with peace and resilience.
